    Biography

    I'm a people person, who likes to work with enthusiast people around him, in cutting edge projects or methods.

    I worked in Software Development and Service Delivery for 10 years, starting as a Developer who was very organized and becoming a Release Manager and a Project Manager, an Agilist and a Head of Delivery Manager in my organization.

    I like big projects but also small projects, each have their own charisma and smell of Software Development "in the morning". Scaling is a lot but not everything. Delivering and bringing value to our customers is one if the most important things, but not the only one.

    I BELIEVE that the Project Manager role is a facilitator role, to facilitate people to trust that they can self-organize and take initiative, and that the most successful projects are the ones in which the customer interacts as closely as possible with the Development team in building the right solution, for the market, in that particular moment in time.
