Biography
Flavius calls himself a change catalyst. He started as a web developer, then co-founded a startup in Romania, where he still advises.
For the last three years he has been an agile-lean coach and trainer. In this role, Flavius helps teams improve their effectiveness in order to create products that delight their users. He also coaches leaders to create collaborative environments where every team member is empowered.
