Biography
Ana-Maria Dogaru is a happy professional in project management, despite of her fair share of failed projects. Since she believes that you cannot be a true professional in project management, without failure, she is not afraid to admit that.
She is an “accidental” project manager who also believes that project management is common sense and if you have that, then all you need is will, ambition and a well established vocabulary, which you can take from any of the international methods available out there, and you have the perfect start for a wonderful career in a very challenging profession: project management.Abstract
