Anna Obukhova



 

Biography:

Anna is working with Agile methodologies stack from 2004, being Scrum Master, Project and Program Manager. Her main experience is with distributed and dispersed projects and the goal is to improve effectiveness of team communication and leadership in such conditions. 


Currently she is holding an Agile Coach role in Agile Practice department in Luxoft, collecting and sharing best industry and company practices in Agile management. She is helping Agile teams and programs to improve the process and implement the transition from Waterfall to Agile in corporate environment (clients are major banks and very large companies from other industries). Anna uses her first education in Biology to connect the working tips and recommendations with the natural processes that happen in our bodies (especially in the brain). It can explain a lot and show how naturally Agile works.
