Biography:
Aleksandr has a long practical experience in operations management (OM) and process organization. In addition to broad practical experience he also has solid theoretical knowledge in area of operations/process management, which he got during Master's studies at Tallinn University of Technology (Industrial engineering and Managemenent, M.Sc.Eng) and during doctoral studies (Business Administration, PhD) at TUT.
As a founder of Lean Enterprise Estonia (www.lean.ee) Aleksandr is developing vigorously Lean movement in Estonia and promotes, educates, advises and helps companies reach the goal of Lean. In parallel, he is developing the research framework of OM and Lean in TUT as an Associate Professor and Head of OM chair.
