Biography

Holger Bartel is a front end developer & consultant based in Hong Kong and runs the web design consultancy fooBartel Ltd. where he puts his experience into designing and developing well performing websites. He also founded the Open Device Lab HK, works as a part-time lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s school of design, mentors for startups and loves speaking as well as sharing & exchanging his thoughts about all things web.
