To ensure the high quality of the Topconf conference program in the long term, all presentations will be tested scientifically and thematically. The evaluation is done by our independent conference program committee with members from various ICT companies.

  Simona Bonghez, Ph.D.-Trainer and Consultant in Management, Owner of Colors in Projects. Although she has an IT background, Simona Bonghez’s professional path moved slowly towards training and consultancy. Simona has over 20 years experience in Project Management (adding the 3 international certifications offered by Project Management Institute, International Project Management Association and UK Office for Government Commerce) and over 12 years experience in project management trainings. Apart from her „love” for project management, Simona has also been involved in delivering multiple training programs in Management (especially Change Management, Strategic Planning, Conflict Management) and consultancy services in same areas (AS IS analysis, Business development, Change management) in Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. Even though professional experience is a defining aspect in her activity she thinks that she would not have come this far without a good sense of humor. She really believes that games and metaphors are powerful tools for having interactive and enjoyable training sessions, thus enforcing the learning process.
